Separate forms and questionnaires must be submitted for each student.

- Physical Exam Form – second page to be filled out by your Family Doctor (required each year) by October 1st.
First Day of School
We look forward to seeing your children on the first day of school on August 18th, 2021 at 8:30am which is a half-day. On this day please drop your child off at the front of the school between 8:15-8:25, where they will be ushered to their Homeroom Teacher in the Elementary School or to their Advisor in the Secondary School. Homeroom Teachers and Advisors will be holding signs clearly denoting their grade level, and will be distanced from one another in locations in front of (Elementary) and to the side of (Secondary) the main school building. Please be reminded that no parents will be permitted into the school building, due to current COVID-19 precautions. At 8:30am or soon after, Homeroom Teachers and Advisors will escort students to their Homeroom and Advisory classrooms, following safety measures as outlined below in the ‘Drop Off and Pick Up’ section, and begin preparing for the beginning of the year. Our usual flag ceremony will take place later in the morning to be viewed remotely by students and teachers. In view of current COVID-19 precautions, we will not be able to offer a public ceremony and parents are urged to depart the campus as soon as you have dropped off your child shortly before 8:30am. Please note that our first day together will conclude at 12:00pm. The school buses will depart the school campus shortly after 12:00. Morning snack will be provided utilizing our cafeteria service, as usual, however lunch is not served on 12:00 dismissal days. Please ensure that necessary arrangements are made to collect your child if they do not take the bus.
Drop Off and Pick Up
The school day starts at 8:30am each day and concludes at 3:30pm. After School Activities (ASAs) end at 5:00pm, for students who are signed up for an ASA. Please be reminded that due to current health precautions, parents are not permitted inside the school building without a previously-scheduled appointment.
Bus
We hire a bus company that facilitates the movement of students to and from school. From August 2021, we will be requiring Secondary School students to wear face masks during the time they are on the bus. For more information please visit our website or sign up for the bus service here, or contact our Bus Coordinator Ms. Dace Bondare dbondare@isl.edu.lv.
