Update on ISL Strategic Planning
In March the ISL Council engaged the guidance of an experienced international education consultant to lead our strategic planning process. Since April Dr Andy Page-Smith has worked with over 250 of ISL's stakeholders through focus groups and virtual cafes to capture feedback about the school and where it should be heading in the future.
In October, Andy met with a group of students, parents, teachers, staff and the School Council to review the community feedback and use it to develop strategic documents that would guide our future direction. These documents have been adopted by the Council and will be used as our foundation as we start to work on our action plans of how to achieve these goals and aspirations.
We look forward to sharing more about our strategic action plans as they continue to evolve over the next few months.
