Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting Information
As responsible members of the Association who care about the development and well-being of the ISL, please contribute to making important decisions by joining these meetings and casting your votes. Each voice can make a big difference to the final outcome.
As organisers, we will do our best to make this evening meaningful, productive and time-efficient.
This year we are also able to offer an opportunity for electronic voting in advance (by 17:00 March, 24th), which will allow you to vote even if you cannot attend the meetings. We are sending out necessary materials well in advance too.
Annual General Meeting (AGM) 17:00 -19:00:

The participation of no less than 92 members (being > ⅓ of all members) by advance voting or during the meeting will be required to register the meeting and its results.
Quorum will be counted from 17:00 to 17:10 cross-referencing advance votes and current participants. Voting will be set up on electionrunner.com.
The official invitation, materials for the AGM and individual voting links to electionrunner.com will be sent out by March, 19th.
Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will follow the AGM at 19:00 – 19:45 and will cover 1 topic:
Changes to the Articles of the Association (voting)
According to the ISL Articles of Association, this topic requires a cumulative vote of 137 members (being > ½ of all members). Quorum will be counted at the start of EGM, from 19:00 to 19:10 cross-referencing advance votes and current participants. As a much higher number of members is required to approve changes to the Articles, we encourage you to vote in advance by 17:00 March, 24th. Anyone who has voted in advance is welcome to the meeting, but does not need to stay.
