ISL Governing Council Q&A and How to Apply
The ISL Governing Council - as we know it today - was established exactly a decade ago in 2011 and there were first 7 Council members elected from among the members of the Association. Since then, total of 24 different council members have served over the past decade.

There was held a Q&A Session on Zoom on February 19, where Council members were describing ISL Association’s structure and regulations as well as Council’s role, responsibilities, service, and goals. Please find more detailed information in Q&A Session Presentation.

I. Before Election Day
No later than March 5, 2021 please submit the following materials by email to ISLCouncil@isl.edu.lv:
- Completed Application Form (please download the file)
- Current CV
- Reference letter(s) in English from current or previous employer, supervisor, colleague or ISL community member
- Digital portrait photo
II. On Election Day, March 25, 2021
Please be prepared to introduce yourself to the community and elaborate on your motivation for standing and your contribution to ISL, as well as answering any questions the community may have. The election results will be announced immediately at the AGM.
